Quality control

Kowa Tooling is equipped with professional quality inspection department. Measuring equipment such as coordinate measuring machine, projector or other measuring tools. Each mold after manufacturing, we measure the mold components in house, including cavity inserts, core inserts and electrodes. To ensure that the  size are consistent with the drawings, we will inspect all mold components after sampling. At the same time provide customers with size reports.
We insist to keep our words: No quality, no future.
